After having been a loyal customer for a number of years, 30 days (to the day) to receive 2 replacement chains and a little touch up paint was a disappointing lead/shipping time.

I bought this bike for my wife as a retirement gift. She loves it!

The purchase process was easy, shipping was on time (even after I delayed it because we wouldn’t be home for a few weeks), it was easy to build and set up for her.

I often catch myself looking at it and saying “man that’s a nice bike”. The design, engineering and finish are really executed at a high level. It’s also nice to support a Canadian company.

May have to get one for myself next year when I retire.

I can’t believe how quickly my new bike arrived – especially since it was shipped across the country. I’m super happy I ordered the comfort seat – because it truly is very comfortable. The entire bike is top quality. My only wish is that they offered the comfort handlebars which are now available with the Elegant V2 Lite.

I have enjoyed a Volt Bravo for 6 years. Traded it in for a new Bravo with a Higher Power Battery. Even better than the ride that took me for 10,000 KM. The staff are excellent to deal with from Sales to Service …..Top Notch! Lower cost but high value reliable ride. I use it for a commuter bike throughout the Lower Mainland.
